Appointments spark in-house electrical engineering expertise
HCS Mechanical Services has appointed two further in-house electrical engineers Dennis Cooper and Jonathan Tennant.
With more than 45 years’ industry experience between them, Dennis and Jonathan will join the existing electrical engineers who will also work alongside the HCS heating engineers to ensure that customers enjoy an enhanced and seamless service. Previously the business subcontracted some of the installation electrical work but now will bring this area of works in house.
Contract Manager Nick Heede commented: “Both Dennis and Jonathan came to us with enviable reputations and they are a great fit for our customer-focused ethos at HCS.
“Every aspect of our work involves electrics – even gas boilers & water heaters have electric controls – so it made sense to grow this area of the business. Their appointments will enable us to reduce turnaround time for jobs, which should reduce the overall cost to customers.
“Bringing electrical work in-house also ensures that we can maintain the highest quality and customer care standards, for which HCS is well-known.”
